Any other information that you would like to add:
Presidio is one of the most isolated town in the Border
Patrol.
Not much in the way of entertainment, etc. If however
you are the outdoor type, there is some beautiful country
just East of town including Big Bend State Ranch and Big
Bend National Park. The weather in the summer is HOT (cool
at night) and very nice during the winter. The Presidio
station's BIG plus is that it is a Hardship Station which
means your chances for transfer to one of the stations
of your choice after 2 years is pretty dang good. At other
stations, a 2 year transfer is pretty
much unheard of; more like 5,6 or 7.
