Any other information that you would like to add: Fabens is quite small , If you like that type small town living then you'll like living there. East El Paso, Horizon area is a lot more civilized, and there are nicer homes and apartments complexes. This area is only a 15 to 20 min. Drive to the Fabens station. In the Horizon area off East Lake Blvd. There is a new home subdivision.(really nice homes).There are 2 new schools that have just been built . This area has A Wal-mart within 10 min. Horizon is kind of a halfway point between downtown El Paso and Fabens.
