Properties for Rent/Sale
With all the movement within the Border Patrol, I have seen the need to assist agents and their families to rent out their homes to prevent them from losing them to a Short Sale/foreclosure/Deed In Lieu process.
Right now the real estate market has dropped drastically and for most of us, this is not a good time to sale our homes and the GHP doesn't seem to be offering a buy out that covers our entire mortgage (as some of us found out the hard way). Let BPSPOUSES.COM help you, to help others.
If your only option is to rent your home? Then this is an excellent solution.
From 1999 - 2009 in Yuma, I created this program and helped many trainees and transferees relocate and thought I would reach out to the rest of the Patrol family and make it available to each of you.
The one thing that will make this program a success is
YOU.
If you are interested in advertising YOUR OWN home, e-mail me.
One of the most questions I receive while helping families here is....
Would you live there? I have yet have had to say no.
The Agents that I have assisted in renting their properties have already done the research about the neighborhood. But if you are still in doubt, call your local police department. :)
For security purposes, we do not publish property addresses or owners names.
For more information on how we protect you, please email us.
LET US HELP YOU.
So what's the catch???
To advertise with us it is free!
Once we find you a renter/buyer, then a one time fee is due. E-Mail for more information.
Our main focus is houses/condo's for rent.We only work with Border Patrol Agents homes.
Rather your home is listed with a Real Estate Broker, we deal directly with
you and you have to pay BPSpouses fee.
BPspouses is not a real estate company!
TO VIEW RENTALS
This service is only for CBP Personnel, not Real Estate Brokers or other business, if you want to have your business on here, then we have a special program for you called advertisement. :)
